Customization Associate Jobs

At least 2 years' production and quality management experience

Strong leadership and communication skills, with ability to communicate across all stakeholders and drive quality management independently

Demonstrated knowledge of Quality documentation generation and change control

Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office products

Hybrid: Role requires you to be located in Austin, Texas and is a mixture of onsite and remote.

Review and update current SOPs for customization processes while also creating new process documents for all new and incoming products

Assist customers with their selection of merchandise and offer additional product that compliments the purchase.

Greet customers immediately, in a courteous and friendly manner.

Manage and maintain set pricing for frequently quoted products and update yearly.

Liaison between showroom, design and production teams to effectively manage and communicate client demands, expectations and delivery dates.

Maintain historical business analysis in order to identify trends, update matrix selections, and track conversion rates. Job Requirements:

Strong client first focus and communication skills

Ownership of all custom quotes from showrooms through conversion

Interface with design department to request custom product drawings for vendor quoting.
