3+ years of experience as a Solution Analyst or Business Systems Analyst

Experience working in an agile environment

Experience working with JIRA for project tracking

Prior experience working with data or business intelligence such as data reporting, visualization, mapping, etc

No hands on experience required but experience working in this space

Experience with Confluence for documentation

Student loan and 529 educational assistance programs

Offer suitable alternatives, in addition to explaining consequences of delinquency to customers in the attempt to resolve delinquency.

Prior experience in financial services or similar industry preferred.

Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree in business or related field may be used in lieu of experience.

Bilingual skills (Spanish) are a plus. Excellent listening, oral, and written communication skills.

Attention to detail. Professional phone etiquette. Skip tracing skills preferred. Sales and/or persuasive negotiation skills.
