Customer Service Specialist On Remote Jobs in Pennsylvania

Research, plan, and organize itineraries based on client needs

Create quotes, itineraries, and invoices

Stay up to date with industry news, changes, restrictions and best practices

Must be 18+ and a resident of the United States

4:00 pm to 12:30 am, 5 days per week (must be willing to work weekends)

On-call 3-4 times per year

Rotate 3 working Holidays per year

Investigate and resolve hospital shipment problems.

Triaging, working and prioritizing assigned service desk tickets

Creating and testing database scripts

Provide Service Desk phone support as needed

Day shift hours, 5 days per week (must be willing to work weekends)

On-call 3-4 times per year
