$72,800 to $124,800 + Benefits. DOE. & Negotiable.

● Assists the hiring managers with employee performance reviews.

● 5+ years of recruiting & interviewing experience

● 2+ years of leadership experience in recruiting.

Handle high Inbound and Outbound call volume and provide an exceptional customer service experience

Research, investigate, and respond to all device issues and complaints in a timely, efficient, and knowledgeable manner

Properly educate clients on the functionality and capabilities of their device and encourage testing the device on a regular basis.

1-2 years of related professional experience required.

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Answer device specific questions and refer calls and issues to appropriate departments or service representatives
