Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:

The ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities and achieve successful outcomes in a team environment are necessary skills.

Working knowledge of Fair Debt Collection Practices Act guidelines, medical CPT/ICD-10 coding and Epic billing system preferred.

Excellent written and verbal communication and problem-resolution skills.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Candidate must be well-organized, self-motivating, versatile and able to work independently.

Experience in medical field and administrative record management preferred

Strong self-motivation and time-management skills

Knowledge of insurance policies and requirements preferred

Knowledge of appropriate telephone etiquette

Knowledge of medical billing practices and billing reimbursement preferred

Strong organizational and prioritization skills

Interviews and hires staff as needed and approved by senior management

Maintains ongoing liaison with staff, senior management and corporate staff as required

Bachelor's Degree in Business or related or equivalent experience in HME, Home Health Industry or Business

Experience with Durable Medical Equipment

Previous Medical Gases Manufacturing experience and familiarity with Current Good Manufacturing Processes
