Manages and provides leadership to the Operations Department. Responsibilities include:

Promoting, disciplining, and terminating department staff in coordination with other members of management

Must possess a high school diploma or G.E.D. (or equivalent skills and knowledge).

Recruiting, planning, organizing and directing work, supervising, and training the department in all department operations, daily functions, processes, procedures, requirements, etc

Keeps Operations Manager aware of all departmental functions, problems, and needs

Conducts safety meetings per Company requirements

5+ years of experience leading medical device logistics and customer service management.

Work with internal departments to coordinate logistics operations, including inventory management, transportation, and warehouse management.

Knowledge of medical device regulations and compliance requirements.

Manage the customer service team ensuring the company’s customers receive exceptional service, timely resolution of inquiries, complaints, and product issues.

Manage logistics partners and third-party service providers to ensure service levels are met or exceeded.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Knowledge of business finance and accounting principles and record keeping.

Collaborates across departments/functions to meet customer requirements and exceed customer service expectations;

Implements appropriate cost-effective technology/software to track and improve order fulfillment processes and the customer experience that can grow with the company;

Associate's degree or similar in logistics, supply chain, business, finance, accounting, math, or engineering. Bachelor's preferred.

Though not required, CPIM APICS certification is a plus.

Related multifaceted experience in an a. international b. business to business c. small manufacturing environment d. supply chain.

State Water Resource Control Board Water Distribution Grade 1 certification required.

Collection System Technologist Certification highly desired.

High School graduation or equivalent is required. For degrees obtained outside of the U.S., an official equivalency evaluation is required.

College level coursework in customer/public relations and accounting preferred.

Associate degree in business desired.

Work independently with minimal supervision.
