Associate Online Gaming Jobs

Position Description:
Support the team in its strategic product launches/go-lives and marketing activities. Will attain practical and theoretical experience and exposure to the Gaming business through administrative and operational responsibilities.

• Experiment and test new products and initiatives.
• Position is part time and hourly, 20 hours per week
• Manage creative assets for promotions and marketing campaigns.
• Support the Boyd Interactive Team with strategic product launches/go-lives.
• Conduct research and analysis on innovation/technology trends.
• Assist the team with app-based promotions, contests, and social media activities.
• Collaborate with various company departments/stakeholders including Marketing, IT, Compliance, Finance, and General Managers.
• Assist the team with various marketing campaigns for its Stardust Social Casino app.
• Explore and present ways to optimize and improve processes for Boyd Gaming’s Interactive products.
• Support the creation of business reports and presentations.

Position Requirements:

• Strong passion and interest in the gaming industry
• Computer skills to include Microsoft Office products
• The ability to create polished and comprehensive presentations (Photoshop proficiency is a plus)
• Must have a form of transportation
• Ability to communicate with all levels and individuals
• Ability to work assigned shift, hours and location (including nights and weekends)
• Be an avid gamer and familiar with MMOs, metaverse apps, hyper social games, social games, and social casino games (i.e., World of Warcraft, Final Fantasy XIV, Elder Scrolls Online, Guild Wars 2, Black Desert, Fortnite, Roblox, Minecraft, Decentraland, Sandbox, etc.)
• Aware of the latest pop culture trends and an avid consumer of content
• An entrepreneurial sprit
• Experience in event planning is a plus
• Self-starter and driven individual willing to contribute constructive feedback on projects
• Ability to adapt and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
• High degree of flexibility and willingness to learn
• Data driven and analytical mindset
• Must be comfortable to occasionally visit Boyd Gaming properties with smoky environments
• Active on social platforms like Discord, Twitch, TikTok, Instagram, etc.
• Strong understanding, interest, or passion for casino games, iGaming and sports betting
• Be able to communicate effectively in English in oral and written form.
• Proficiency with web, photo, video and other multimedia software is a plus
• Ability to complete assigned duties and responsibilities within timeframes provided
