Manages the client software & software asset management database by manually adding user and access level information.

Strong keyboarding skills; typing/data entry.

Creates and manages tickets & orders within Connection’s ticketing & order processing system.

Attends conference calls, meetings, and training necessary to perform duties and develop skills.

Gathering information from Carriers/Drivers via Phone, email

Inputting information into the system to update other Universal representatives

Notifying other Universal representatives of potential issues regarding the shipment

Relay information to drivers/dispatchers regarding their shipment

18 years of age or older

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
