Submit appropriate documentation based on Company requirements and timing utilizing the Company's current billing and Electronic Medical Records system.
Adhere to all policies, procedures, standards of care, and corporate compliance requirements and communicate issues as they arise
Minimum of 2-3 years in a medical scheduling role; experience in Homecare Homebase (EMR) strongly preferred.
Assists with all scheduling processes from the Start of Care (SOC) through patient discharge.
Works closely with the Intake department daily to ensure excellent communication on referral volume and clinical triaging of schedules.
Sends out schedules to clinicians on a daily basis at the end of each business day by 6 PM
