Making outbound calls or receiving inbound calls to confirm/reschedule appointments with an Alight Benefit Advisor
Working with benefit advisors and enrollment specialists, assisting them with their workload during peak call volumes.
Have strong keyboarding skills and desktop navigation
Possess strong written and verbal communication, customer service and rapport building skills.
Demonstrated ability to take initiative and possess problem solving skills
