Assist with light customer facing Project Management responsibilities

Experience with Azure DevOps, Microsoft D365 Finance and Operations, Microsoft CE is a strong bonus

Provide support to Director of Customer Care Support and Delivery Manager

Experience with Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office

Maintain Customer transition information and coordinate transition activities with both CE/FO Delivery and PMO Teams

Maintain internal systems for all customer OneVersion update status

Basic knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.

2+ years experience as a Project Coordinator

Basic knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.

Basic knowledge of computer software, such as MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio etc.

PMI or PMP certification preferred

Executes overall activities of location such as database management, manufacturing capacity, and material flow

Manages all communications with project managers, field offices and end customer for customer orders

Knowledge of SQL and other data base tools

Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent combined experience/education in the areas of: Clinical or Computer Science, Information Technology, Project Management.

Knowledge and experience in IT Project Management within a Healthcare Environment is preferred (i.e., Healthcare IT, EMR, Patient Monitoring).

Certification in Project Management preferred (PMP or master’s Certificate in Project Management)

Demonstrated proficiency in the use of MS Project, MS Office Suite, Salesforce.com and other standardized Project Management tools and documentation.

Effectively manages and leads multiple projects concurrently with varying complexities.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written

Proactively provide detailed quotes and order management reports to key stakeholders.

Experience with Microsoft Office and specifically strong Microsoft Excel skills

Possess prior experience working as an account manager, project coordinator or inside sales representative

Manage your own time effectively and allocate it to the appropriate project

A detail oriented personality with strong problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and organizational skills

1+ years’ experience with client/customer management and support

Work closely with Field Sales Team to help manage the customer relationship

Manage effective and proactive communication between Clients, Customer Service, Inventory, and other various teams within McKesson

Manage competing priorities with the highest level of organizational ability

Handle / Manage special projects based on customer key initiatives

0 - 2 years of relevant experience

Associate's degree in an appropriate discipline or equivalent combination of education, skills, and experience.

No licensure or certification required.

If Bachelor's degree, no experience required.

If an Associate's degree, three (3) years of experience in an administrative support role and/or projects-related role.

If a high school diploma/GED, seven (7) years of experience in an administrative support role and/or projects-related role.
