Ensure Great Plains and Warehouse Management Systems are constantly communicating with each other. Troubleshoot inefficiencies within the order process.
Resolve escalated Order Management issues in a timely manner; update management as needed.
Resolve daily order issues through frequent communication with Management, Warehouse Operations and the Logistics Team.
Previous customer service, order support or related area experience.
Create and maintain order processes in regard to order sweeps and amendments for stores, Ecommerce, National Accounts, and vendor fulfillment.
Monitor and amend order status report to assure orders flow through the Great Plains system properly.
