Overview A Customer Contract Administrator is responsible for managing customer contracts and ensuring that all contractual obligations are met. This includes negotiating terms and conditions, preparing and executing contracts, and managing customer relationships. The Customer Contract Administrator is also responsible for ensuring that customer contracts are in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Detailed Job Description The Customer Contract Administrator is responsible for managing customer contracts and ensuring that all contractual obligations are met. This includes negotiating terms and conditions, preparing and executing contracts, and managing customer relationships. The Customer Contract Administrator is also responsible for ensuring that customer contracts are in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The Customer Contract Administrator will also be responsible for providing customer service and resolving customer issues. Job Skills Required• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of contract law and regulations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in business, law, or related field
• At least 3 years of experience in customer contract administration
• Knowledge of contract law and regulations
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Knowledge
• Knowledge of contract law and regulations
• Understanding of customer service principles
• Knowledge of customer relationship management
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Job Experience
• At least 3 years of experience in customer contract administration
• Experience in customer service and customer relationship management
• Experience in negotiating terms and conditions
