High school diploma, GED or equivalent, or equivalent work experience, preferred

Prior computer experience using Microsoft Office systems required

6+ months experience within a customer service-focused environment, such as contact center, retail, hospitality, or food and beverage (preferred)

Act as a Brand Ambassador for the Nordstrom company, providing world-class service to all Customers

Successfully troubleshoot and resolve all customer service inquiries or issues via incoming phone/email and/or chat contacts

Associate or Technical Degree in GIS plus 2 years of work experience or BA/BS Degree in related field

Experience in reading and understanding technical reports

Experience with Google Earth Pro, Arc Collector, Arc Field Maps and Survey 1,2,3, etc.

Use problem solving and critical thinking skills to interpret a variety of outside geospatial datasets

Potential to support additional biology, cultural, land planning, or project coordination as available/needed per the candidates work experience

Experience in the following is preferred:

Manage the success of your business through Salesforce and Aviso.

Minimum 5 years selling experience with a revenue quota and expertise in AAR subscription models.

Experience selling security, SaaS, SD-WAN, or software preferred.

Experience working with partners, Global Sis, and Global Service Providers and selling directly to end customers.
