Customer Billing Analyst Jobs in California

Reviews Outside Counsel Guidelines and prepares a summary that is distributed to all timekeepers working for the client.

Customizes and coordinates best practice procedures to ensure a smooth billing process for the partners and clients.

Prepares reports and analyses as requested.

Must have Advanced Excel Skills, Pivot table, Vlookup, etc.

SaaS Optics software invoicing/revenue is a plus!

Software integration and set up policy/procedures

This position will require you to be in the office once a week.

Part time - 15 hours a week.

Bachelor's Degree required along with 2 years of experience in an office environment

Intermediate MS Excel experience including pivot tables and VLOOKUPS

Strong communication and ability to meet tight deadlines

Analyze large sets of data for pricing discrepancies and missing data

Review accuracy of financial transactions and run reports daily, weekly, and monthly

Administer new account setup and handle invoicing for customers

Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance or similar work experience required.

Analyzes incoming contracts and verifies client billing requirements.

3+ years of relevant experience as a billing or data analyst

Have advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, file comparisons, Vlookup)

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously to ensure on-time deliverables

Strong attention to detail, high analysis skills and the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment without direct supervision.
