Follow Front Desk policies and procedures in accordance with the training provided by the Front Desk Manager.

Stay current on all new program offerings and listen for opportunities to effectively upsell them to members and day-pass guests.

Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills, in-person and on the telephone.

Experienced with Health Club operations

Excellent POS and computer skills.

Serve as the first point of contact for all customer questions, concerns or comments.

Experience with training and evaluating large deep learning models.

Experience working in a fast-paced, high volume environment preferred

Must have a High School Diploma, G.E.D. or related Food Service Job Experience.

Must acquire and maintain a Food Handlers Card, Alcohol Awareness Certification, and other required compliance trainings.

Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced, event-driven environment.

Assist with minor maintenance as required QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION

Building Service Worker Certificate (BC) ABILITIES, ATTRIBUTES AND EXPERIENCE

Completed high school education or equivalent is an asset

Previous experience as a commercial buildings janitor (preferred)

Perform general janitorial and maintenance tasks in accordance with local building and fire codes

Setup, transition and take down of fields and courts.

Complete wage range: $18-$22.42 per hour, depending on experience

Areas: bathrooms, offices, break rooms, store areas, etc.

Use tools and supplies, economically for each task

Empty garbage, trash, and recycling cans

Remove and deposit garbage, trash, and recycling from assigned areas to appropriate receptacles
