Promote climbing wall as a business within the facility.

Follow all FFC Climbing Wall safety standards, rules and policies

Have a solid knowledge of indoor rock climbing including climbing technique, belaying technique, routes and rating systems, rock climbing safety equipment.

Obtain CPR, AED, and First Aid certification within 3 months of hire.

Regular exposure to moving mechanical parts while performing job responsibilities.

Ability to understand and enforce all climbing wall policies and procedures.

Provide supervision of climbing wall participants to include belaying and spotting climbers.

Teach and demonstrate proper use of all climbing equipment (harnesses, belay devices, shoes, etc.).

3 years construction industry related experience

2+ years of curtain wall design experience including unitized construction

2+ years of experience in the construction industry with midrise+ projects preferred

3+ years of experience with either AutoCAD, Revit or Inventor

3 years of curtain wall design experience including unitized construction

AAS in Drafting and Design (2-year degree)

None required. OR AN EQUIVALENT COMBINATION OF RELEVANT EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

A willingness to try new things and learn new skills.

As a Designer you will develop the latest building envelope systems and

Components, creating drawings in electronic format using AutoCAD, Inventor,

Designs and drafts building envelope/ façade systems and components

Create drawings of curtain wall system designs, utilizes standard, modified

Standard, or custom extrusions that are weather tight, constructible,

Evaluate and recommend potential cost savings resulting from design
