Hosting live sessions, carrying out 1-to-1 Academic Tutoring sessions with students, engaging students on the program via email/chat, and more.

Strategizing ways to improve student engagement and success and then actively taking steps to implement.

Lecturing or hosting traditional "classes"

Success in this role will be measured by the percentage of students who score 1500+ on the SAT

A bachelor's degree in any subject from a Top 25 US college or university

Provide coaching services focusing on student success initiatives such as study skills, time management, and test taking strategies

Extensive training with team and management support

3 years of recent nursing experience required

2 years of experience providing support to others in precepting, tutoring, training, instruction, advising academic support services or classroom instruction required

Knowledgeable in pre-licensure nursing program learning outcomes

Strong communications skills and the ability to effectively mentor, tutor, and guide students
