Culinary Technician Jobs

Develop operational systems, processes and policies to support better management reporting, information flow and coordination between business units

Interact with managers of different departments and organizations an liaises with other team members to accomplish culinary department projects and goals

Sets and reviews budgets and manages costs

Solid experience working with Microsoft Windows and Office which includes word outlook, processing, spreadsheets and database programs.

Experience working in time critical and fast-paced product development.

Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time.

Maintains the cleanliness and sanitation of work area and equipment in accordance with the health department standards.

Relevant Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Effective time-management and ability to multi-task.

Understanding and knowledge of how to properly use and maintain all equipment in the kitchen.

Able to create recipes from scratch with a knowledge of how processes and ingredients can impact each other.

Previous Culinary & Kitchens experience required

Proficient math and measuring skills.
