Experience in construction, crushing, and/or related field.

Knowledge of machines, equipment, mechanic’s hand tools, power tools, welding and cutting equipment, lubricating tools, hoists, cranes, and service trucks.

Knowledge of crushing and production equipment.

Manage leach pad stacking operations and maintenance.

Assist Manager in the development and implementation strategies to achieve production goals and provide follow up to ensure targets are met.

Assist Manager in the implementation an effective mine-to-mill program in close cooperation with the Mine for optimum overall results.

A minimum of 10 years’ experience specific to precious metal crushing/heap leaching/recovery (HPGR experience a plus).

At minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience in relevant area;

A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience.

Equipment operation and/or mechanical skills highly preferred.

Previous construction or related experience preferred.

Prior wholesaler (warehouse, delivery or selling) experience preferred.

Highly organized with the ability to manage priorities and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously

Ensure proper completion of daily load sheets and re-assignment of trucks to drivers.

Determine accuracy of product receipts and shipments as stated on shipping papers.

Assist in planning, directing, scheduling, and supervising warehouse hourly personnel on assigned shift.

Assist Operations Supervisor in maintenance of facility.

Equipment operator skills and experience helpful

Perform maintenance, repair, labor and operate crushing plant in support of crushing operations

Duties include clean-up, oiling, lubrication and miscellaneous repairs

Participate in quality control to meet specifications

Maintains communication with Project Managers to ensure all required materials, equipment, and inspections support the project schedule

Interacts with Company Managers to ensure issues are addressed

Communicates with Project Managers to ensure efficient and productive work completed in a timely manner

Five-year related experience in Crusher

Thorough knowledge of heavy construction equipment

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
