Work with Email Marketing Manager to deliver quality assurance across email and SMS platforms.

Lead coordination efforts with customer care to ensure a quality customer experience with email and SMS communications.

Support automated email and SMS communication strategy throughout customer journey to deliver an incredible customer experience.

Excellent communication skills and collaborative spirit.

Strong organizational and time management skills

Translate business requirements into technical requirements for campaign development & execution

Bachelor’s Degree or two years related experience.

1+ year of professional experience writing SQL queries from scratch.

Experience with Sales Force Marketing Cloud preferred.

Good verbal and written communication skills, ability to convey results to non-experts

Additional responsibilities include assisting in customer engagement plans, stakeholder, and vendor project management.

Ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements and standards for medical affairs activities..

Prior experience in medical affairs operations or related roles within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry nice to have/not required.
