The Credit Collections Analyst will review customer accounts, contact customers to discuss payment options, and negotiate payment plans. They will also review customer credit reports, analyze financial statements, and make recommendations to management regarding customer accounts. The Credit Collections Analyst will also be responsible for preparing reports and providing updates to management.
