Lead management of new and existing partners and campaigns to ensure best-in-class execution and to maximize performance as measured via KPIs

Provide recommendations for new project management best practices and processes, and help improve the Business Development team’s operations overall

Liaise cross-functionally with client success, product, analytics, editorial, creative, finance, and others to ensure smooth execution of campaign deliverables

Manage monthly financial processes for the team, including client billing and freelance budgets

Demonstrate passion and flexibility to contribute to the Business Development team’s responsibilities in multiple capacities as work streams evolve

1-3 years experience in a media planning, marketing, patient recruitment or partnerships role

Prior project management or product management experience is a plus

Project management or Product management certification is a plus

Required Knowledge, Skills And Abilities

Work with Vendor Management & Risk team to ensure contracts are reviewed on a timely and effective manner

Ensure departmental revenues and expenses are tracked properly after proper review/oversight by management

Strong communication and interpersonal skills is a must. Internally and externally

Own creator education campaigns to share best practices at scale.

4+ years of experience working with creators

You have experience in and a passion for consumer electronics (think mobile devices, PC gaming, etc.)

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Serve as the day-to-day Howl expert for our Creator community in the consumer electronics space

Work strategically across a book of creators, understanding what motivates them and how to effectively work with them

1+ year experience in project management with track record of seeing through projects from start to finish

Intake partnerships opportunities and manage communications with multiple developers

1+ year of experience in cross-functional coordination

Excellent communication skills for internal and external partner communication

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

This role will be a 6 month part-time contract, and reports to the Developer PartnershipsManager.
