Track Studios talent and deals; manage corresponding grids and lists.

Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

Previous experience in program management or event execution

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience

2+ years of previous administrative office assistant experience at a studio, network, production company or talent agency

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Working knowledge of Outlook, Word and Excel

Previous experience working with high-level executives and creative talent

Voices Associate Community Manager will report to the Director of Voices.

Previous experience with talent releases, exclusivity and current social media talent rates

Experience in social media and influencer marketing

Experience with social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and

YouTube Proactive mindset with the ability to work remotely without in-person daily supervision

Production and Producing knowledge is a plus
