Creative Services Intern Jobs

Organizing files on the shared server, Dropbox and the Digital Asset Management library

Includes shooting photography, depending on experience level

Manage, process and track expense reports once per month in accordance with the SMP T&E policy

Working knowledge of digital music space and social media

Exceptional written, verbal and listening communication skills

Perform general administrative activities including screening calls, directing inquiries and determining the proper course of action

Assist with creating various weekly and monthly email blasts to internal teams

Experience in project management, with a focus on creative direction

Seven years of relevant experience, with five or more years as a creative manager in an agency or corporate setting

Meet budget requirements by forecasting and managing expenses

Produce fresh, innovative work that translates complex ideas into compelling print materials and digital experiences for sophisticated audiences

Experience in creating marketing/advertising campaigns — from developing the vision and messaging platform to overseeing production on time and within budget

Experience in creating integrated content across all marketing channels: digital, social media, paid media, mobile, offline, and print

Manage resources needed for content creation. Responsible for making effective and efficient decisions as to what is bought, borrowed or rented.

10+ Years of progressive experience in Creative Services

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

Content Strategy & Development Calendar: Responsible for setting the strategy and resulting production calendar to meet targeted delivery dates.

Advanced knowledge of the post-production process, including media management and encoding video to various formats

Work with Sales Management and Account Executives to create a mutually beneficial relationship with clients in the community

Accurately and promptly turn in all client billing to Department Manager

Non-linear editing experience using Adobe Premier

Ability to maintain a variety of projects and work with varying production styles while employing strong client service skills

Advanced knowledge of High-definition (HD) cameras and videography, motion graphics and creative lighting techniques

Schedule meetings, create & manage teams, navigate SharePoint, and utilize platform settings to maximize your engagement on video calls.

Excellent verbal & written English communication skills

Laptop or computer with reliable internet connection & program download capabilities

Authentic interest in, and knowledge of, the video game industry

Willingness and ability to work remotely and independently

Design branded content such as logos, digital posters, landing pages, and infographics using Canva Pro

Strong communication skills, attention to detail

Development of digital assets as related to assignment

Work directly with multiple leaders on multiple design projects as assigned

Conceptualize and design original digital artwork

Assist in research for style guide and artwork development

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
