Cre Credit Analyst Jobs

Four years consulting, construction, CRE lending and/or commercial real estate asset management experience.

Effectively coordinate and manage multiple assignments; prioritize responsibilities and efforts.

Identify and manage developers and projects that meet the company’s investment requirements.

Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, marketing, construction related discipline, or real estate.

Experience with multi-employer and other ERISA-covered funds a big plus.

Knowledge of industry trends in real estate and development, and a strong desire to understand specific market characteristics.

Read and interpret relevant credit approval requirements to accurately input monitoring requirements and covenants into a standard compliance monitoring system

Analyze financial statement results and prepare reports to communicate financial performance and trends with Portfolio Managers, Relationship Managers, and/or Credit Administration

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Effective oral and written communication skills

Underwrite new business opportunities for credit approval, including project, market, and sponsor financial analysis, structuring of loan terms, and risk evaluation.

A minimum of 4 years of financial industry experience, including 2 years of loan administration or loan operations experience

Commercial/Construction Real Estate Loan Administration experience preferred

Reviews, closes, and processes modifications/extensions, payments, rate changes, payoffs, partial releases, full releases and exceptions

High School Diploma or equivalent; post-secondary degree preferred

Understanding of interest rate swaps preferred.

Job may require additional hours of work during peak periods to meet service levels

CRE experience at a bank is required.

Interviews Borrower/Guarantor, requests and analyzes required information for loan workout analysis.

Prepares reports on loan workout analysis, progress, and strategy implementation to Head Office.

Bachelor's degree in Business or Economics.

2 years of relevant experience preferred, including real estate acquisitions, asset management, construction management/budgeting, operations, or finance.

Assisting the Acquisition team with underwriting potential real estate and structured finance acquisitions;

Interacting with joint venture partners and third-party service providers and helping to manage those relationships;

Real estate cash flow modeling experience required

Strong quantitative and technical/computer skills (including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ARGUS)

Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)

4+ years in sales (base salary will depend on experience)

2.5+ years experience building relationships with CRE owners/operators

Strong academic background and undergraduate degree in business, finance, economics, management or real estate. Real estate program or coursework a plus

Minimum of 2+ years of commercial real estate experience

Excellent analytical, financial modeling, research, and strong writing skills

Real estate underwriting and valuation experience

Argus experience a big plus.

Self-motivated, proactive, detail oriented, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task.

Process identified data corrections from our Quality Assurance or Management team in a timely manner.

Strong computer and data entry skills.

Experience working in a role where data is processed.

Demonstrated research capabilities (telephone, library, web-based).

Experience in real estate or related field preferred, but not required.

Obtain, confirm and enter property level information into our proprietary commercial real estate database.

Related internship/work experience in finance or banking preferred.

Monitor financial reporting requirements and obtain and analyze financial and loan information.

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or related field required; a 3.5 GPA or greater is strongly preferred.

Related internship/work experience in a Commercial Real Estate environment preferred.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including grammar and demeanor, required.

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, planning, and follow-up.
