This position does require successful completion of a Post Offer Pre Employment Examination (POPE).

Ability to use good oral and written communication skills needed to produce professional emails, documents, forms and reports.

Administer building and office door key program.

Coordinate and maintain spare parts inventories including purchasing supplies and picking up parts from local supply houses.

Work with vendors to obtain pricing; schedule vendors for work on the campus and escort vendors throughout the buildings as needed.

Candidate must pass all county and federal background checks and fingerprint checks as a condition of employment.

Two years professional experience relevant to the Essential Job Duties (below) of this position.

Manage program funds in compliance with CSU and county fiscal policies and reporting requirements.

Course work and/or professional experience must provide a broad and significant understanding of agriculture and natural resources activities associated with position.

Ability to recruit, train, and manage volunteers and advisory groups.

Employ effective technology in managing and/or delivering educational programs.

$52,400 – 87,000 (commensurate on academic credentials and professional experience)

Experience and knowledge of business finances (preparing financial projections, interpreting, and analyzing financial statements), marketing, sales, operations and management

Demonstrated management or business unit level experience addressing complex business problems and/or business ownership experience

Focus on assisting SBDC clients with obtaining financing, financial projections and financial management.

Assist SBDC clients with existing business expansion, marketing and sales, operation management, human resources and other business management areas.

Collaborate with the Center for Growth on small business resource education programs.
