Overview A Correspondence Associate is responsible for managing all incoming and outgoing correspondence for an organization. They are responsible for ensuring that all correspondence is accurate, timely, and compliant with all applicable laws and regulations. They may also be responsible for providing customer service support, responding to inquiries, and maintaining records. Detailed Job Description The Correspondence Associate is responsible for managing all incoming and outgoing correspondence for an organization. This includes letters, emails, faxes, and other forms of communication. The Correspondence Associate must ensure that all correspondence is accurate, timely, and compliant with all applicable laws and regulations. They must also provide customer service support, respond to inquiries, and maintain records. The Correspondence Associate must be able to read, write, and understand English. They must also be able to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders. They must be organized and able to prioritize tasks.
