Administration (35% of time): Data entry of objective evidence of training. Reporting monthly training frequencies due, and scheduling classroom training activities.
Consults (10% of time): Consults with managers and subject matter experts within the organization to assess training needs.
Five years of training and development /leadership experience.
Evaluating and Reporting (40% of time): Evaluates training progress and training procedures to monitor and analyze course effectiveness and update curriculum.
Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent work preferred.
Ability to adapt to a change in the process or system frequently and with ease.
