Overview A Corporate Learning and Development Specialist is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering learning and development programs for corporate employees. They are responsible for creating and implementing training programs that meet the needs of the organization and its employees. They must be knowledgeable in adult learning theory and instructional design, and have the ability to create engaging and effective learning experiences. Detailed Job Description The Corporate Learning and Development Specialist is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering learning and development programs for corporate employees. They will work with stakeholders to identify training needs and create learning solutions to meet those needs. They will create and implement training programs that are engaging and effective, and will evaluate and measure the impact of the training programs. The Corporate Learning and Development Specialist will also provide guidance and support to employees and managers on learning and development initiatives. Job Skills Required
