Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

Builds and maintains relationship with cross-functional teams and managers to understand and drive business requirements.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related discipline or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Knowledge of applicable banking laws and regulations

Performs other related duties as required.

Working knowledge of legal entity management systems, such as hCue, Diligent Entities, and GEMs preferred.

Assist in the management of Stryker’s global legal entities’ governance including holding meetings, appointing board members, and ensuring legal compliance.

Minimum 6 years of relevant experience (non-degreed) or 2+ years of relevant experience with Bachelor’s degree required.

Working knowledge of SEC filings such as Section 16 reports and periodic reports is helpful.

Oversee the coordinated execution of various legal documents.

Perform other functions within the Corporate Secretary function as requested.

1-3+ years of experience within corporate governance/compliance

ESG promotion coordination with Marketing and Brands teams Example

Administration of digital platforms and support

Ability to built relationships, work productively in a team setting as well as independently

Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite as well as Adobe Acrobat

Have a strong sense of urgency, organization, and possess a great attitude
