Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy, quality, and timeliness, taking personal accountability for all tasks.

Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. Excel, Word) and video conferencing; comfortable adopting new technology.

Demonstrated experience with Distribution operations management and process improvement

Requires 10+ years of specific experience

Must have extensive distribution experience, most of which was acquired within a LEAN operating environment

Experience and competence managing large and complex projects using best in class methodologies
