This includes identifying and evaluating potential acquisition and investment opportunities, developing and executing strategies to maximize value, and managing the integration of acquired companies. The Corporate Development Manager will work closely with the executive team to develop and execute corporate development strategies, and will be responsible for leading the due diligence process, negotiating and structuring deals, and managing the integration of acquired companies.
