Manage all aspects of the account management revenue generation/expansion process including continued sales, communication and negotiation

Utilize marketing and sales collateral, visual presentations, research reports and sales to support our clients and help them achieve their objectives

Lead management and negotiate contracts with third-party vendors

Prior education and experience supporting networks with a focus on device and user security

Lead annual PCI re certification process

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, related field or equivalent experience. 8+ years of diverse IT experience

Technical background, A+, N+, MCSE, CAN and/or similar type of networking and IT skills

Experience developing and operating security programs, especially related to information handling and the protection of confidential information

A college degree preferably specializing in hotel management or business administration, or equivalent experience is recommended.

To be successful in this role, you will be a passionate and motivated leader, with excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.

Applicants are required to have three to five years' experience with a luxury hotel.

They will also oversee the maintenance and facilities teams.

A demonstrated ability to lead a multicultural team is essential, as is solid business acumen and a passion for service.

Some travel may be required for training, conferences and special events.

Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks concurrently and knowledge of business requirement and project management principles and methodology

2+ years of people management experience preferred

Experience working in regulated environments with quality management systems preferred

Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills for interaction with team members and stakeholders including senior management

Lead corporate services category management activities and initiatives to meet target metrics and desired outcomes

Management of overall team performance including annual reviews
