Answers phone inquiries in an efficient and friendly manner, using guest names when possible and routing calls to proper extensions.

Utilizes and ensures proper working condition of the telephone switchboard, the hotel computer systems (e.g. Opera, OpenTable, Book4Time, Golden, HotSOS, Chat)

Work harmoniously with reservations department to effectively assist in Pre-arrival communication and booking outlet/activities.

Advanced knowledge and skill in Adobe Creative Suite including Premiere, After Effects and Photoshop

Strong knowledge of all Microsoft applications

Excellent skill with various social media platforms with business applications

Ability to take initiative and manage projects on a deadline

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Film and edit b-roll videos for the Public Relations Department

This role would likely require around 20-25 hours a month, depending on workshop and programming schedule

Willingness to be on-site once/weekend, with flexibility

Attend Core Collective meetings (typically once/month)

Communicate with Core Collective and volunteers on Slack (phone/website app) and via Communication email address

Coordinate within the group to facilitate use of our shared physical space

Collaborate with the other Collective members to work toward Communication’s overall vision and long-term programming goals

Lead the day-to-day management of a portfolio of licensees, working with Moonbug Franchise, Product Development, Finance, Legal, Retail and Creative teams.

Experience within made for kids entertainment is a benefit

Lead a team of licensing experts, developing their talents and skill sets for growth

You have 7+ years of experience managing licensees in a commercial function, preferably in toys

Experience in developing range plans for toys

Broad experience of retail and/or the licensing industry

Make cores shells for production

Run your own core line
