Knowledge of Federal Form W-2 Reporting Requirements

Experience with Payroll Processing for multiple shifts and job types

PeopleSoft experience in a high-volume healthcare environment is required

Experience with Automated Time and Attendance Systems, API a plus

Payroll Coordinator (3 Years Exp Req)** ! This is a full-time contract position at a nationally recognized hospital located in

H.S Diploma, GED or Equivalent

Works closely with HR for employee benefits process:

2 to 5 years of experience in an in-house computerized payroll environment

Highly experienced with Microsoft Excel and familiar with Microsoft Word

Proficient in use of PC, 10 key and typing skills.

Excellent organizational skills and relentless follow up

Computes wages and deductions, reviews for accuracy and posts to payroll records

Work closely with Day Shift Office Manager to ensure labor hours and costs are reconciled and allocated correctly.

2-4+ years' experience in cost accounting, union payroll, or related fields

Experience with Viewpoint and Time and Attendance or payroll programs is highly preferred

Chemical/refinery industry and auditing experience preferred

Knowledge of TRACK is highly preferred

Knowledge of contractual standard agreements
