Manage garnishment administration and reporting requirements

Education And / Or Experience

This position will manage administrative tasks in support of our global payroll processing; other duties may be assigned.

Support the data entry for tax elections, working status changes, and teammate banking details

Excellent customer service focus and experience; responds promptly to requests for service and assistance from teammates

Perform all required pre-employment background checks and license/certification verification.

Compile and maintain report data as assigned. Qualifications:

Long term care experience is preferred.

Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Must have experience with ADP payroll processing.

Advanced knowledge of running payroll related reports in ADP

Manage payroll emails and respond to employee inquiries on a timely basis

Audit weekly integration of 401k/Roth/Loan benefit changes from Fidelity

2+ years of experience as a payroll coordinator

Previous experience in supporting the Payroll function at a Startup a plus

Current knowledge of payroll procedures and related laws

Ensure expenses are processed timely, including contacting management for approvals and backup documentation as necessary.

Produce and configure reports for upper management upon request.

Knowledge of state and federal wage and tax laws and overtime requirements

Experience And Skills You’ll Need

Assist Finance with managing Payroll bank accounts by initializing journal entries to confirm the balancing of main accounts.

Minimum of 2 to 3 years of payroll processing experience with a multi-state employer
