Dispatching or logistical experience is preferred but not required.

Must have good verbal and written communication skills to interface with others in a professional manner.

On-the-job training provided by experienced employees.

Track and prioritize multiple natural gas plants gasoline inventory levels to maintain operations.

Schedule and dispatch drivers to appropriate locations according to inventory levels, employee requests or emergency response.

Proven management skills including leadership of high-performing team, employee development and effective change management.

Proven leadership experience related to materials management practices, policies and processes.

Strong analytical, time-management and problem-solving skills.

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Confers with Purchasing, Engineering, Program Management and other personnel to exchange information regarding inventories, schedules, and related production issues.

Mechanical knowledge includes; welding, cutting, soldering, pipefitting, sheet metal, millwright, rigging, machine assembly and installation, machine alignment and tenant finish.

Engagement with a variety of Employee Resource Groups, which can provide volunteer opportunities, leadership experience, and networking through the organization
