Cook Dietary Cooks are responsible for preparing and serving meals to patients, staff, and visitors in a healthcare setting. They must follow dietary guidelines and recipes to ensure that meals are nutritious and safe for consumption. Cook Dietary Cooks must also be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to multitask. They must be able to read and understand recipes and dietary guidelines, as well as follow instructions from supervisors. Cook Dietary Cooks must also be able to work with a variety of kitchen equipment, such as ovens, stoves, and microwaves. They must also be able to clean and sanitize kitchen equipment and surfaces.
