Under the supervision of the Food Service Director, responsible for preparing food in accordance with standardized recipes, planned menus, and special diet orders.

Duties require knowledge of food preparation and distribution equivalent to completion of a high school diploma plus additional courses from a two-year college or technical school and one to three years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
