1-3 years of audit, compliance, and/or risk management experience. Experience with SOX controls required.

CISA, CIA, CPA, CISSP, or other audit, risk management, or technology certifications considered a plus.

Develop conclusions based on objective evidence and formulate recommendations to address identified control weaknesses.

Assist Department Leadership with maintaining the Internal Controls Assessment Program including review of narrative documentation and annual risk assessment/audit planning.

10+ years of experience in enterprise/solution technology architecture for enterprise platform/ systems, infrastructure, integration, cloud, hosting and shared technology services.

Experienced in 3rd party vendor integration

Experience with public cloud; design and implementation, automation & security across IaaS and PaaS architypes.

Experience in DevOps, Agile development and extensive use of micro services and containerization

Any of the following a bonus: Cloud Architect Certifications (Azure). ITIL / Agile/Product certifications.

Drive planning and execution of identity management roadmaps and technology enhancements.

BS Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent post high school education and/or work-related experience

Extensive knowledge and experience in designing, deploying, and managing AWS network infrastructure ((VPC, Transit gateway, Load Balancers etc.).

Collaborate with cross functional stakeholder to understand requirements and use technical architecture expertise to design effective solutions to solve challenging problems

Excellent knowledge of FISMA regulation, FIPS standards, NIST 800 series, NIST Special Publications, Risk Management Framework, and other applicable guidance.

Coordinate, conduct and track interviews with system owners, ISSOs, and administrators on operational, management, and technical processes.

Write supporting documentation for security control assessment and other risk management processes and procedures.

Provide recommendations to system owners and Information System Security Officers (ISSOs) for remediating identified vulnerabilities.

5+ years of experience in a similar role.

Excellent knowledge of NIST 800-53 Revision 5 controls.

Knowledge of networking, computing platform, storage, database, security, middleware, network and systems management, and related infrastructure technologies and practices

Follows key capabilities and performance requirements when developing system architectures.

Performs architecture requirements analysis to convert end user needs into technical solutions.

Harmonizes systems design and technology constraints in accordance with compliance requirements.

Demonstrated experience as the software architect on many large projects

Demonstrated experience with Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) and Microservices

Strong network management and OSS Integration experience

Understand all compliance and regulatory requirements and coordinate appropriate schedules of assessment and audits.

Analyzes regulatory requirements and contributes to the design of effective controls.

Proactively researches best practices and learns new technologies and systems to Identify emerging risk, and advance knowledge of reporting and analysis.
