Contracts Intern Jobs

Ability to self-direct work and manage fluctuating workloads.

Bachelor's degree is required, with a preference for English, Technical Writing or other communications/analytical writing degree.

Ability to quickly build strong rapport with broker teams and colleagues in a virtual environment.

Awareness of North America contract law and basic regulatory controls and general business trends.

This role can be based anywhere in the US or Canada.

Reviews bids, specifications and requirements for consistency and accuracy

Maintain contract-related documents and correspondence in an organized, logical manner, to meet reporting and compliance requirements

Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation (DFAR) and other federal agency regulations

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong Excel, Word, and Adobe skills

Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics degree required; Master of Business Administration degree a plus

Produces outstanding deal list for office manager each day, keeping track of deals nearing 20 day mark.

Excellent communication skills (including listening, speaking)

Ability to work alone, self motivate and manage one’s own time

Accounting or dealership experience preferred

1 year of service = 40 hours of vacation

2 – 6 years of service = 80 hours of vacation

Present summer experience(s) to senior

Candidate must possess effective written and verbal communication skills.
