Review customer provided documents to determine process requirements, including specification(s), masking, fixturing, baking, etc.

Scan documents to right of way section of P8.

Database administration, document preparation, FERC notification letters, completion package preparation, weekly reports.

Field and process phone calls directed to the department

To review, analyze, and file completion reports by targeted due dates.

Completes additional responsibilities as assigned by Management Team

Manage the Project Review team mailbox including review requests, inquiries and scenarios

Three (3) or more years of mortgage industry experience required

Prior Condo Project Processing/Mortgage eligibility experience required

Co-op documentation review and analysis experience a plus

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Excellent time management skills

· Associate degree or equivalent experience; Paralegal certification preferred

· Utilize advanced computer skills to prepare complex correspondence, reports, charts, tables, graphs, and forms

· Be available full-time at the corporate office in Aliso Viejo, CA, or remote

· Experience in a supervisory role is an asset

· Superior writing and oral communication skills

Create and facilitate training and education on vendor management risks to U.S. and Global A&A Products and Solutions group.

Legal or third-party risk management experience is a plus.

Provide other support as directed by the Technology Risk Management Team or TRM Leader.

Bachelor's degree or 3+ years experience as a paralegal.

Analyze performance data, interpret data trends and produce management reports for various uses including Results Minneapolis.

Considerable knowledge of the City of Minneapolis Police Conduct Oversight Ordinance and applicable State and Federal laws

Serve as the mediation coordinator and maintain the ADR program for the Office of Police Conduct Review.

Monitor results of the mediations and track the progress of settlement terms until all negotiated action items are completed.

Review and revise all documents formally created for the (former) Civilian Police.

General knowledge of various types of ISO additional insured endorsements.

Experience in insurance placement and issuance of certificates of insurance

Provide guidance to clients on contract review questions.

Comply with company policy and procedures for maintaining correspondence, timekeeping, and expense reporting.

Assess and respond to client's contract review needs in a thoughtful and timely manner.

Coordinate with colleagues throughout the Marsh network and perform research across various technology platforms as needed to address client's needs.

Knowledge of the medical management process strongly preferred.

Applies clinical knowledge to work with facilities and providers for care coordination.

Educates the member about plan benefits and contracted physicians, facilities and healthcare providers.

Refers treatment plans/plan of care to peer clinical reviewers in accordance with established criteria/guidelines and does not issue medical necessity non-certifications.

Facilitates accreditation by knowing, understanding, and accurately applying accrediting and regulatory requirements and standards.

Develops relationships with physicians, healthcare service providers, and internal and external customers to help improve health outcomes for members.
