Overview A Contract Operations Coordinator is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of contracts and agreements. They ensure that all contractual obligations are met and that all parties involved are in compliance with the terms of the agreement. They also provide support to the contracting team and other departments in the organization. Detailed Job Description A Contract Operations Coordinator is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of contracts and agreements. This includes ensuring that all contractual obligations are met, that all parties involved are in compliance with the terms of the agreement, and that all contractual documents are properly executed. They will also provide support to the contracting team and other departments in the organization.The Contract Operations Coordinator will be responsible for the following tasks:
• Negotiating and drafting contracts and agreements
• Monitoring and tracking contract performance
• Ensuring compliance with contractual terms
• Resolving contractual disputes
• Maintaining contract records
• Preparing reports and presentations
• Assisting with the development of new contracts
• Providing support to other departments
Job Skills Required
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of contract law and principles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to analyze and interpret data
Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in contract management
• Knowledge of contract law and principles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
