Strong project management skills to execute multiple, complex contracts across multiple stakeholder groups

Provide strategic advice and training as a subject matter expert on contracts, contract management policy, and SAP Ariba/CLM technology contract workflows

Undergraduate courses in economics, negotiations, finance, business law, and contract law are helpful

Certified Commercial Contracts Manager (CCCM)

Certified Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM)

Manage the correct execution of contract lease payment escalation clauses when due.

3+ years of contract administration experience. Construction and/or legal experience a plus.

Intermediate or advanced writing and proofreading skills

Strong critical thinking and analytical skills

Administer and monitor contract performance on energy and renewables related contracts.

Negotiate and administer agreements between Public Storage and vendors ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
