Continuous Improvement Senior Associate Jobs in Iowa

2 years of similar job-related experience preferred.

Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt or Bronze Certification preferred.

Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance.

Willingness to take on responsibilities and challenges. Ability to adapt to changing situations and adjust actions in relation to others' actions.

3 – 5 years of experience in a continuous process improvement or business process optimization role

Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) from four-year college or university; or equivalent experience

Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Teams) products desired.

Intermediate working knowledge of SharePoint desired

Certification (or certification in progress) in Lean or Six Sigma strongly preferred

Leading/facilitating continuous process improvement workshops that will deliver measurable operational efficiencies
