Consumer Loan Servicing Project Manager Jobs in Ohio

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, Finance, Law Required

10 years of consumer loan experience in servicing industry with 5+ being in leadership roles

Working knowledge of operational best practices and working knowledge of risk and control frameworks for Consumer loans

Working knowledge in MSP (a Black Knight product)

Intermediate skills in Word, PowerPoint, Excel

Strong problem solving and negotiation skills with an ability to identify problems and recommend solutions quickly

End to end Project Management/ Process Improvement

Create and manage project plan

Manage in person and virtual event strategy, marketing and communications

Assist in establishing requirements for new projects involving technology and additional resources

Effective verbal and written communication skills

Establish reoccurring meeting cadence with key stakeholders

Experience with project management processes and standards

Supports the IT team's assigned business segment goals by providing project management services.

Monitors, analyzes and reports on the area productivity to senior management.

Works with business unit manager(s) and project sponsor to establish the project scope, deliverables, budget and schedule.

Assembles project team and manages the project on-going, identifying risks, implementing changes, monitoring and communicating progress.

Ensures team members are managed effectively and kept informed of all related issues. Ensures project deliverables meet customer needs.
