Description

The Consumer Loan Servicing Project Manager is responsible for the management of all activities for a significant function or area. They manage through section supervisors and/or subordinate managers.

Summary:

The Consumer Loan Servicing Project Manager leverages Huntington project methodology, provides leadership that promotes and supports development, implementation and completion of medium to large size projects. These projects are typically characterized as having high visibility and risk, involve multiple business units and impact multiple software applications.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supports the IT team's assigned business segment goals by providing project management services.
• Monitors, analyzes and reports on the area productivity to senior management.
• Assembles project team and manages the project on-going, identifying risks, implementing changes, monitoring and communicating progress.
• Acts as a liaison with other departments and/or divisions.
• Establishes quality of service level for the area.
• Resolves issues that are strategic, or compliance related.
• Ensures team members are managed effectively and kept informed of all related issues. Ensures project deliverables meet customer needs.
• This senior level position would manage the most complex and highest visibility projects, and would typically require proven, senior-level project management skills.
• Implements new policies and procedures to make the area more efficient and in compliance with corporate and regulatory requirements.
• Prepares, monitors, controls and reports on the area's performance.
• Works with business unit manager(s) and project sponsor to establish the project scope, deliverables, budget and schedule.
• Provides directions in the establishment of new policies, procedures and technology.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Establishes strategic plans that are in support of corporate goals and objectives.

This position is available for hybrid must be near 5555 Cleveland Ave Columbus, Ohio.

Basic Qualifications:

• 5 years Mortgage & Consumer Servicing experience
• 5 years Black Knight MSP experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of creating and tracking project schedules in Microsoft Project.
• PMI Certification
• High degree of professional confidence and credibility with the presence and communication skills to represent IT-related concepts effectively.
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Experience with project management processes and standards

Exempt Status: (Yes = not eligible for overtime pay) (No = eligible for overtime pay)
