·Previous work experience in human capital consulting, HR executive talent management or related

·5 – 8+ years of relevant work experience

·Excellent communication skills – verbal and written

·Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities

·Strong Excel and PowerPoint Skills

·Salary commensurate with experience( Range $100k - $150K plus bonus based on experience )
