At least one year MIG welding experience

Weld steel and aluminum according to blueprints

Clamp, grind, tack-weld, or bolt components into position before welding

Inspect final products for quality standards

Troubleshoot issues with welding equipment

Maintain a clean and safe work area

Experienced – You have four (4) years of progressively responsible administrative experience.

Technically Skilled – You have advanced technical skills in utilizing Microsoft Office and SharePoint technologies.

Effective Communicator – You possess excellent written, verbal, and active listening skills.

Educated – You possess a High School Diploma or equivalent and one (1) year of college coursework.

Work Environment – You will primarily work in a field office environment.

Master's Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management or related technical/business field and typically 15+ years of related work experience is required.

Design, Construction and Project Management:

Prior federal government project experience preferred.

Additional duties and responsibilities may include but are not limited to

Lead and support CM team and provide oversight of their individual and collective work program.

Hold stakeholders accountable for the timely delivery and quality of work.

OSHA Certifications and experience with project site safety protocols.

Demonstrate consistent support across all RealManage/Hammersmith companies.

Work with Operations Manager and PM on Pre-Construction for each large project. Other smaller projects may require some assistance as needed.

Attend department head meetings, manager meetings or other various requested meetings.

Strong knowledge of the claims process and how to navigate it from start to finish.

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or related field, or the equivalent education and experience.

Working knowledge of Word and Excel.

The ability to understand and apply OSHA and company safety requirements.

One year previous field experience preferred.

Working knowledge of scheduling programs preferred.

Assures compliance by becoming intimately familiar with the assigned project plans and specifications. Reviews shop drawing and submittals.

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or related field, or the equivalent education and experience.
